Fall 2013 -- Boise, ID

October 8-10, 2013, WWG pulled off another incredible meeting.  In the midst of the great 2013 Federal Government shutdown, the WWG and Idaho Bird Conservation Partnership brought together a strong cast of state-based, western regional, and even national-level leaders in bird conservation to push the needle a little farther on behalf of western birds.

Major agenda items covered strengthening the link between Idaho bird conservation and the WWG, an exploration of the many high priority bird conservation research and monitoring projects across the state and in other western states, and importantly, a reprise of PIF V and how the WWG can play a major role in further developing and implementing the international projects that emerged in Snowbird, UT.

See the attached Agenda and extensive Notes from this collaboration.
